  • Since items are handmade, slight variations may occur — this adds to the uniqueness of each piece.

Orders & Payments

  • We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, and major credit cards.

  • We currently do not charge sales tax.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

  • U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

  • International orders may take longer depending on the destination.

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.), delivery is their responsibility. However, if your package is lost or delayed, please reach out — we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are available if your product arrives damaged.

  • Exchanges or refunds are allowed if a product breaks after purchase.

  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from delivery.

Customer Responsibilities
