Processing Time

  • Orders are handmade and processed within 2–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

U.S. Shipping

  • Domestic orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days after processing.

  • We ship with USPS and FedEx.

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once we hand your package to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us — we’re happy to work with you and may offer a refund or replacement.

  • We’ll provide a refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Broken Items After Purchase

  • If your jewelry breaks after purchase, you may request a refund or exchange.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

General Returns

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or breakage.

  • Returns or refunds are not available after 30 days from delivery.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, or credit card) within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the item is damaged or defective, we cover return shipping.

  • If a return is accepted for another reason, customers are responsible for return shipping.
